 Into the Dumpster it goes!

 

Renovations begin….Today! Demolition work begins today to transform this circa 1855 historic home into a modern design gem. Keeping the architectural elements of the home, we will be introducing modern materials and fixtures to create a truly eclectic home like nothing else in the area. We have searched far and hard for some really unique materials and furnishings. Be sure to stay connected to see updates of this really unique project!

Knock ‘em down! these walls are all coming down to create a junior “suite” for a special little someone…inclusive of full bath, study area, walk-in closet and of course a play area!

 

Good Bye Pantry! Hello Kitchen! The pantry is coming out will become a pass through to the kitchen.

Cook ‘em! The walls are being stripped to the bones to create a shell for a modern kitchen…one that is much larger than the existing one.

Lounge around! We wanted to do something different and create a more modern approach on the typical dining room…we are creating a lounge / eating / bar area instead…sounds like more fun right?!

Goodbye clothes horse! The closet is being divided in half (boo) to create a full bath for the little one- so she will be  a happy camper!

Part I of the Junior Suite…the center wall is coming down to create one large bedroom…she needs more space okay!?

The more the merrier….square footage that is. The wall on the right will be demoed to create an extension of the kitchen.
